My Lovely Island in the Sun
After all these ingredients are cooked together
they make the most delicious meal ever. I sit
under a mango tree with a big bowl of food and a
nice cold glass of lime juice, looking at the
sunset, listening to pan music and feeling very
proud to be an island girl.
