GRADE CHANGES AS A RESULT OF ENQUIRIES
33. FAC heard that some candidates who were previously reported “Ungraded” or
“Absent” were graded after the issue of results. These changes were consequent on;
(i) Late submission of SBA samples and scores;
(ii) Late arrival of scripts at the scanning centre resulting in a delay in marking;
(iii) Incorrect Registration;
(iv) Late responses from Principals/Local Registrars on discrepancies observed during
the logging and batching of scripts; and
(v) Release of grades previously withheld pending investigation into an irregularity
34. FAC noted the summary of these changes listed in Table 5.
