Welcome and Appreciation

1. The Chairman welcomed returning members of the School Examinations Committee
(SEC) as well as the following members who were attending their first meeting:

3. Appreciation was extended to Miss Louanne Gilchrist of St. Vincent and the
Grenadines who served on the SEC and who has been appointed as Ambassador to
Washington. Congratulations were extended on the new appointment.
