            Anshujita Ghosal, Class 3

I always used to insist mumma to tell me
stories - each day a new one. She used to

narrate stories every afternoon and night

before going to sleep. Slowly her stock of

stories started to decrease and my
nagging for new stories increased. Then

she began buying books for me and I

started to read. I used to gobble up the
books as soon as I got them and with that

my demand for new books grew day by

            day .
