                    Large quantities of yarn, the product of the two local
          spinning Mills, were despatched to Isfahan, Tehran and Yezd
         markets.
                    Stocks of foreign goods have again "become depleted and
          it is hoped that the Government of India will again resume
          issuing licences for exports to this country in order to replenish
          the present dwindling stocks.
         WRATH SR.
                    The rainfall for the season November 1941 to April 1942
         measured 9.42 inches. This is the lowest figure on Record for
          the past 10 years. Rainfall from 16th November 1942 to the end
          of the year measured 4,34 inches, and there is every prospect
          for a good season.

                      Highest Maximum.        107.6°F, (July 9th).
                      Lowest Maximum.          46.0°P.(January 9th).

                      Highest Minimum.         72.0°P.(June 27th).
                      Lowest Minimum,          18.0°P.(January 6th).
