                        Hot to mention the various Municipal Taxes which every municipal-
                        ity has a ri^nt to levy. As it is , none of the above souroes
                        of revenue are tapped^ nor does Land, Date or Municipal Revenue
                        exist oven in name, and thie by reason of the auioidal polioy
                        of the Shaikh who has forbidden any land to be owned by any one
                        but himself. Result i The island remains a dreadfully badly
                        managed ,and rapidly decaying private Estate(wlth no revenues
