especitlly, of rice md other griins generilly. This is very
injurious to me, (1) in respect of ny products md (?.) in
:respect of ny rights is m owner, being contriry to ny- '
expectation tnd title to the High Government. I in unwilling
to believe thtt the High Government, whoso idvice I tlv/tys
follow, will now force me to forfeit ny rights, to benefit
mother person without his htving my ripht md it his
request contriry, to other Rulers, though I hive left ny
.relations with them in the hinds the High Government. In
'.justice I expect from then to sifepuird my rights from the
; trtnsgrescion of others is they do theirs.
I sincerely hope tint they will reconsider it (the
|witter), tnd be kind enough to prevent the enforcement of
-this evidently injurious order.
