All casoe were of 160 lba. The price of opium
remained unchanged. There has been a large decrease in the
export of this commodity as compared with the total of
2712 cacos in 1940.

The mill has improved still further its financial
position and haa been working 24 hours a day. Its products
have enjoyed a demand in the up country markets especially
at Isfahan and Shiraz. A 30# interim dividend was paid in
