establish Uonsulatcs at Bahrain and
Kuwait.

us that tho ohaikh of Bahrain is following
this dispute closely and is most amused
by the whole affair, In a recent meeting
ho said that whatever view one might hold
on tho Persians' generally, this only
confirms tho view that as far as the members
of the Persian l.iajiis are con cor nod, their
mentality on the subject of dohrain is no
bettor than that of "children".
