Translation of a petition from the people of
Hedd to Hia Highnooa Shaikh Sir Ilamad, received by
His Highnoes on the 24th Ramadhan 1367.

To His Highness Sheikh Sir Hamad A1 Khalifah:
Aftor Compliments.

We, the undersigned, inform Your Highness that
we heard that certain demands have been put forward to

you but we do not know anything about this nor has it
been sent with our approval, We inform you that we do
not acknowledge those who put forward these demands as
our leaders. We are satisfied with our Ruler and our
Government and this fact we wanted to inform you and
you to know and Salaams.
