                           6.   The bare assertion of sovereignty made by the Shaikh of
                           tar must be devoid of value in the absence of corroboratory
                         evidence. The only evidence offered in this dispute is that
                         produoed by the Bahrain Government, whioh the Shaikh of Qatar
