I was glad to read your letter No.2056/6/68 dated
the 8th August 1936 ( 20th Jamadial Awal,1355) transmitting
to me two messages about which you have mentioned that
you wishod to call on me and deliver them to me personally
and that as the time of your departure to Karachiwas near
you could not do so. I thank you for your consideration
and sincerity towards me. The messages have been received
and I have gone through them. I am very glad for the
thanks conveyed to me from the Most Honourable.Marquis
of Zetland, G.C.S. I. ,G.C, I.E., His Majesty's Secretary
of State for India. I offer my best thanks to him for
his love and sincerity. I am exceedingly happy and
delighted for the expression of good wishes you have
conveyed to me from His Majesty Edward the Vlll, and
that His Majesty was much pleased to hear that I
enjoyed my visit to Great Britain. I repeat my thanks
