 ‫ﺇﻥ ﻻﻋﻗﺔ ﺍﻮﻜﻟﺖﻳ ﺎﺑﺮﺤﺒﻟﻦﻳ ﻻﻋﻗﺔ ﻨﻴﺘﻣﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺔ ﻧﺎﺩﺭ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺠﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﻢﻣ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺑﻬﺎ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﻭﺎﻔﻗﺕ ﻭﻮﻣﺍﻒﻗ ﻳﻘﻒ ﻋﻨﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻥﻮﺜﺣ ﻭﺍﺪﻟﺍﺭﻥﻮﺳ ﻛﺜﻴﺮﺍ‪ .‬ﻭﺰﻴﻤﺘﺗ ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻷﺧﺬ ﻭﺍﺎﻄﻌﻟﺀ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺮﺟﻊ ﺫﻚﻟ ﺇﻰﻟ ﻮﻛﺎﻬﻧ ﻋﻻﻗﺔ ﺃﻮﺧﻳﺔ ﻭﺃﺮﺳﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﻮﻳﺪﺟ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺮﺳﺓ‬

                                                         ‫ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺪﺣﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﻮﺭﻻ ﺮﺨﺗﺝ ﻋﻦ ﺎﻄﻧﺎﻬﻗ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺪﻘﻟ ﻇﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﻌﻻﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻳﺘﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻋﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺮﺑﻭﺍﻂﺑ ﻣﺘﻴﻨﺔ‪ ،‬ﻟﻢ ﺗﻔﺖ ﻍ‬

‫ﻭﺮﻬﺷﻢﻬﺗ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻫﺠﺮﺗﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻮﻃﻨﻬﻢ ﺍﻷﻲﻠﺻ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻦ ﺧﺎﻟﺪ ﺃﻝ ﺧﻠﻴﻔﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ‬
