ﺇﻥ ﻻﻋﻗﺔ ﺍﻮﻜﻟﺖﻳ ﺎﺑﺮﺤﺒﻟﻦﻳ ﻻﻋﻗﺔ ﻨﻴﺘﻣﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺔ ﻧﺎﺩﺭ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺠﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﻢﻣ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺑﻬﺎ
ﻣﻦ ﻭﺎﻔﻗﺕ ﻭﻮﻣﺍﻒﻗ ﻳﻘﻒ ﻋﻨﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻥﻮﺜﺣ ﻭﺍﺪﻟﺍﺭﻥﻮﺳ ﻛﺜﻴﺮﺍ .ﻭﺰﻴﻤﺘﺗ ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺔ
ﺍﻷﺧﺬ ﻭﺍﺎﻄﻌﻟﺀ ،ﻭﻳﺮﺟﻊ ﺫﻚﻟ ﺇﻰﻟ ﻮﻛﺎﻬﻧ ﻋﻻﻗﺔ ﺃﻮﺧﻳﺔ ﻭﺃﺮﺳﻳﺔ ،ﻓﻤﺎ ﻮﻳﺪﺟ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺮﺳﺓ
ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺪﺣﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﻮﺭﻻ ﺮﺨﺗﺝ ﻋﻦ ﺎﻄﻧﺎﻬﻗ.
ﻭﺪﻘﻟ ﻇﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﻌﻻﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻳﺘﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻋﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺮﺑﻭﺍﻂﺑ ﻣﺘﻴﻨﺔ ،ﻟﻢ ﺗﻔﺖ ﻍ
