                                                          action. Peace was established between the
                                                           Chief of Abu Thabi and the ’Al-Bu-Karuban
                                                          section of the Naim at Bnreymi, aud be
                                                          married the daughter of the holder of that fort.
                            1892-93   Ejman and Debai .  Chief of Ejman 6ent a boat with 12 armed
                                                          men to the assistance of the Debai Chief.
                                             versus       This breach of maritime peace was punished
                                                          by a fine, which was levied during the
                                      Shargah and Umm-el-   Resident’s tour in November 1892.
                                       Kowein.
                            1892-93   Debai .            In March 1892, a party of Debai subjects
                                                          crossed over to Sir Abu Mudir Island, which
                                             versus       belongs to Shnrgnh and prevented the Juasmia
                                                          there from fishiug. The Residency Agent,
                                      Shargah,            under orders from the Resident, ordered the
                                                          withdrawal of the intruders, and that permission
                                                          of tbo Chief of Shargah should be obtained
                                                          before using the island as fishing ground.

                            1893-94   Shoohooh tribe     At the instanoe of the Chiof of Abu Thabi, one
                                                          of the Joaemi towns, Hair by name, was
                                            versus        attacked aud destroyed by tbe Shoohooh tribe.
                                      Shargah and Ras-ul-Kliima.
                             1894-95  Mon&eir and Al-Morrah   In January 1895, the Monaair and Al-Morrah
                                       tribes              tribes raided into the Beni Yas territory and
                                                           carried off about 400 camels and 100 horses.
                                             versus       The Chiefs of Abu Thabi and Debai prepared
                                                           to check them, and the former moved troops
