General.
In conclusion! I would like to place on record the excellent work done by
the staff who although very shorthanded have always worked their utmost.
The work of Mirza Mahmood Khan, headmunshi of Dizful, and Mirza Ali
Khan, head munshi, now Consular Agent of Shushtar deserves special mention.
The intimate knowledge that these two Mirzas possess of local conditions and
tribal affairs has been of great value.
Both have been awarded the distinction of Khan Saheb by His Excellency
the Viceroy during the year.
