Delegation 4tW prepared to reacomond that Kuwait should relinquish
oil the islands which H.M.Q. formerly olaimod on behalf of Kuwait,
on condition that the Saudi Arabian Government should rooognise
Farsi(al-Fariaiyah) aa belonging to Kuwait, Faiaal ^put this
reoanmondatlon boforo Xbn Saud.

It vsa agroed that the final deoioion as regards sovereignty
over the islands and ahoala in quootion will not offoot their
customary usage for pearling, fishing, navigation and other purpoaos
by tho nationals of either party.
