POST IN YOUR UNIT FOR ALL OCCUPANTS TO OBSERVE
RULES AND REGULATIONS
DEAR OWNERS AND TENANTS: April ,2022
As we look forward to a wonderful Summer Season at High Dune Condominium, it is
necessarythat certain reminders be made.
1. Please locate the fire ex nguisher within your Unit and advise all occupants of its loca on. In addi on, we
are in the process of purchasing eight (8) addi onal fire ex nguishers to be placed immediately at different places
at the outside of the building, and we will advise the loca on of them once they are installed.
2. As each of you know, we have completely renovated the plan ng boxes in front of each of the Units. Under
no circumstances is anyone authorized to insert their own plants within that area.
However, since the window boxes have now been removed, any Unit Owner who cares to place plants on the lower
bay front deck is authorized to do so if the plant is placed on the floor of the deck.
3. Please make sure that the smoke alarm has a working ba ery. We have also installed a second smoke
alarm which works with electricity.
4. SMOKING OF ANY KIND - CIGARS, CIGARETTES OR PIPES -IS PROHIBITED ON ANY OF THE FOUR DECKS. THIS
APPLIES TO OWNERS, TENANTS AND GUESTS.
5. TALKING ON ANY TYPE OF PHONE ON THE DECK OUTSIDE EACH UNIT IS STRICTLYPROHIBITED. ALL
OCCUPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE AND TAKE PHONE CALLS INSIDE THE UNIT, CLOSING THE SLIDING DOORS
SUFFICIENTLY, NOT TO DISTURB A NEIGHBOR.
6. If you have a cat or a dog it must be registered with the Secretary, this form can be downloaded must be
dated, completed, with accurate informa on and emailed to highdunecondo@gmail.com .
FAILURE TO REGISTER BY JULY 1,2022, WILL CAUSE AN IMMEDIATE $500.00 FINE TO BE ASSESSED WITHOUT
FURTHER NOTICE. TENANT AND VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ANY PETS
7. The concrete oceanfront walkway and the parking lot concrete walkway are as the name implies, a
"walkway." Nothing is to be placed on it which could impede the passage of others, such as chairs, grills, children's
toys, etc. Occupants and their children must be prevented from digging holes in the sand around the walkways
which could undermine the support for the concrete.
8. TREX WOOD WALKWAYS ARE NOT TO BE USED OTHER THAN ACCESS TO AND FROM THE BEACH. NO CHILD
GAMES OR RIDES. NO BALL PLAYING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE OCEAN DECKS TOWARD THE DUNE FENCES. FINES
WILL BE LEVIED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS RULE.
