今年是十三届全国政协的收官之年，全国政协委员、政协各参加单位和政协各专门委员会等自 2018 年
以来，共提出提案近 3 万件。包括王明凡委员提出的《关于全方位推动香港特区国家安全教育的提案》等在

内的 63 件集体提案和 185 件委员提案获得表彰。
This year is the end of the 13th CPPCC National Committee. Since 2018, members of the CPPCC National
Committee, participating units of the CPPCC National Committee and special committees of the CPPCC
National Committee have put forward nearly 30000 proposals. 63 collective proposals and 185 member
proposals, including the Proposal on Promoting National Security Education in the Hong Kong SAR in an All
round Way put forward by member Wang Mingfan, were commended.

会后，王明凡委员表示：“获得本届全国政协优秀提案奖，是一份厚重的荣誉，更是一

份沉甸甸的责任。作为一名政协委员，我将知责于心、担责于身、履责于行，继续当好人民政
协制度的参与者、实践者、推动者，紧紧围绕中央大政方针和决策部署贯彻落实，深入协商集
中议政，做好建言资政和凝聚共识工作，在新征程中展现政协委员的新担当！”

After the meeting, Wang Mingfan said: "It is a great honor and a heavy responsibility
to win the Outstanding Proposal Award of the CPPCC. As a member of the CPPCC, I will
be responsible for my heart, my body, and my actions. I will continue to be a participant,
practitioner, and promoter of the CPPCC system. I will closely follow the major policies and
decisions of the Central Committee, implement them, conduct in-depth consultations, focus
on discussing politics, and do a good job of providing advice and building consensus in the new
journey The new responsibilities of the current CPPCC members! "
