Kim is the owner of Kim D. Lyles Real Estate and Tax Services. Kim’s professional background also

includes working in the Real Estate industry as a Broker with over 25 years of experience Specializing
in residential home sales, representing Sellers and Buyers. She was also the owner of Greenfree
Investment and Financial Services whom she processed Mortgage Loans. She is very well rounded and
knowledgeable in the field.

She also has an Income Tax Preparation business since 1997, specializing in taxation. As a Licensed Enrolled
Agent (EA) she has been empowered by the U.S Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before
the IRS at all administrative levels within the IRS. Therefore, she is recognized by the IRS as a tax expert.
She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, as well as small and large businesses,
assisting them with their financial, accounting and tax needs.

Her background professionalism in Real Estate and Taxes allows her to help people Achieve the
American dream of home ownership.Her passion is to “Empower and Enhance Youth Financial
Literacy Awareness.” She accomplishes this mission by sharing and educating the Youth with the basic
financial tools to make healthy financial decisions and become competent in the area of money management.
