Meet Dwight Pledger, Realtor, GRI

I am currently employed at Realty Masters & Associates, Riverside California.
RMA was founded in 2013 with one goal in mind: to offer our agents the most compelling value
proposition in Southern California. With the internet and ever-changing real estate industry, legacy
brokerages are becoming less relevant as the agent on the ground becomes the recognized face of

My career in Real Estate began in 1975, nearly 44 years ago, in Imperial Beach, California.
Needless to say, I have experienced nearly every aspect of the Real Estate profession, including,
Residential Resales, Commercial Property transactions, and even Residential Property Management.
I have been a real estate trainer, conducting the At Home with Diversity training through National
Association of Realtors. I am also a Graduate of the Realty Institute and carry the designation of
