Really see others. Don’t just
look at them. Give grace to each and every one. See beyond the surface to the amazing person standing before you. Make eye contact. Breathe them in. Sense them. See them. Notice them.

To Be Seen
Seeing You
Consciously choose your visual and energetic representation. Make it easy for folks to know you. These choices are not self indulgent; they are choices about presenting who you are. Give yourself permission to be seen as who you are and how you want to be seen by others. Keep breathing.
Receive people seeing you. Allow them to feel comfortable looking at you by embracing the comfort and the awkwardness of the situation. Breathe. Exhale and allow the breath to flow in. This helps us to be open and receive. Be brave and vulnerable—be present—this creates connection.
