Allow Yourself To Be Seen
Presence is about connection. Consciously let people see you. Keep from making jokes about it. A smile is often a mask. Exhale and allow the breath back in. Be grounded, allow yourself to be seen – simply seen. Keep your body open—notice and honor the fact that your arms and hands may try to cover you up to keep you safe.
We are taught not to invade people's private space, which makes it difficult to embrace presence.
