• Coordinated Stormwater Public Outreach meeting Stormwater Permit
Compliance
• Provided the annual report for State's permit, and managed FEMA Community
Rating System (CRS) program
• Petitioned South San Joaquin Irrigation District (SSJID) and got a donation of
$6,500 ~ $11,000 per year for running the public outreach programs for the
communities
• Lead the San Joaquin Valley Stormwater Quality Partnership
(www.sjvswqp.org) Group to coordinate meetings and state’s regulatory
issues, and developed the website
• Developed and implemented LID Standards and Ordinances
• Worked with developers and contractors performing Public Works inspection to
ensure construction practices in compliance with City and State standards
• Worked regularly with various City Departments, agencies, community groups,
and the general public for construction and subdivision projects
• CIP and CDBG projects managed as a project manager:
- Wastewater Quality Control Facility (WQCF) Spray-on Sewer Liner project
- WQCF Influent Pump Station Improvement project
