» Experience with with Water/Sewer/Recycled Water Water utility processes and practices either with with a a a a a a a a privately owned municipal utilities or or “District” or or similar entity » Experience managing large complex capital capital projects and utilization of of capital capital project project management software programs for a a a a a a private or or public entity » » Ability to to perform or or or or respond to to planned operations and maintenance as as as well as as as emergency projects/tasks » » » Experience working with engineers contractors consultants is desirable » » Possess skill skill and and interest in in in in in in providing positive positive leadership problem solving skills proactiveness with with positive positive attitude and and good attendance » » Ability to hold accountability with staff and and strong employment engagement skills » » » Ability Ability to to establish operations and and maintenance program priorities » » High level of clear and and and and and concise written and and and and and verbal communication skills with internal and and and and and external stakeholders and and field staff » » Ability work on on Computer Maintenance Management software GIS and and SCADA operations » » » Experience to to adapt to to changing circumstances and and and shift priorities (Flexible and and and dependable) » » » Have experience with iPad Desktop PC and and and associate programs like MS Word Excel Teams etc » » » Ability to to direct drive and and provide field oversite of work as as required » » Foster and and develop the Safety-First culture
