supervision and management of personnel.
»Working knowledge of:
State and Federal policy development
» practice related to social services.
Methods of assessing community needs and resources.
Collect, interpret and evaluate narrative and statistical data pertaining to service levels, program management matters and  nancial/ administrative operations.
» Communicate e ectively in writing in order to prepare a variety of reports, correspondence, and memoranda.
» Communicate e ectively orally in order to present  ndings, recommendations and policies before boards, commissions and/or
» committees, and the public.
