                           •  Cyber  Operations  Officer  (COO)  Program:  The  COO  position  is
                           intended  to  support  the  field  by  closing  the  technical  gap  needed  to
                           advance our most complex criminal investigations to the next level by
                           delivering  quick,  effective,  and  efficient  technical  solutions.    These
                           positions  are  responsible  for  supporting  all  functions  across  cyber
                           investigative  and  forensic  activities,  including  but  not  limited  to
                           investigations related to darknet illicit criminal activity, virtual currencies,
                           child  exploitation,  computer  network  intrusion  response  and
                           investigation;  as  well  as  providing  support  of  online  undercover
                           operations.  CCU  is  coordinating  a  COO  Program  Working  Group  to
                           provide input in the development of HSI training, policies and guidelines
                           related to this newly created position.
                           •  Network  Intrusion:  Oversight  of  the  agency's  cyber  response  to
                           incidents  of  network  intrusion  that  impact  core  investigative
                           responsibilities, such as financial fraud, intellectual property rights crimes
                           andcounter proliferation investigations.
                           • Joint Criminal Opioid and Darknet Enforcement (J-CODE) Team: The
                           J-CODE  team  is  a  Department  of  Justice  (DOJ)  sponsored  initiative
                           established in January 2018 to combat the proliferation and distribution
                           of fentanyl and other opioids via illicit darknet marketplaces. As an active
                           J-CODE member agency, HSI leverages its investigative authorities with
                           those of other law enforcement agencies to combat fentanyl and other
                           opioids  utilizing  a  collaborative  approach.  CCU  provided  analytical
                           support and actively participates in coordination meetings with J-CODE
                           team members to develop and disseminate target packages to HSI field
                           offices to initiate joint opioid investigations with other J-CODE member
                           agencies.

                           • National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA): NCFTA is a
                           non-profit  organization  which  brings  together  experienced  analysts,
                           governmental  experts,  and  leaders  in  the  business  world  to  form  an
                           integral alliance between academia, law enforcement, and industry.  By
