Based on the investigative framework and builds essential skills needed
to investigate cybercrime by teaching students how to research and
associate a domain name to a registered owner, associate an Internet
Protocol (IP) address to a computer or server, conduct online open
source research, appropriately employ a Virtual Private Network (VPN),
proxy server, attribution management, identify an online service
provider point of contact, examine social media, dark web, and illicit
eCommerce Websites, and how to read a computer forensic
examination report.
