SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Our shop premises in East Street Southampton has now been Mike Smith - Senior Annette Davis – Senior
open for 18 months. Since December 2016 the shop has been Manager (Operations) Manager (Resources)
run by a volunteer team under the direction of the Senior
Manager (Operations). The final quarter of the year saw a MIDDLE MANAGERS
marked increase in revenue and this gives confidence for the

Furniture sales account for around 60% of all sales, the rest
coming from bric-a-brac, small electrical items and our latest line Ian Dowdell Annie Knight

There are currently 8 volunteers who help in the shop and 3 who Matt Wilkinson
make shop deliveries usually on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Development Manager
