This extraordinary culture program acts as a guiding light, emphasizing accountability, character, energy, and service. Initially conceived for the Derby Football Team, its influence has since expanded, permeating the very fabric of the City of Derby Kansas, School District, Rec Commission, and numerous corporations throughout the Midwest. Brandon and Kevin also held a book signing for their new book (published in August 2024) titled: %u201cCulture Champion: Build an Unbeatable Team by Creating an Unbreakable Culture.%u201d
