This partnership represents a significant step in enhancing theevent%u2019s reach and impact.Through this partnership:%u2022 KAA will oversee event services, including set-up, catering, and coordination with exhibitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for attendees.%u2022 KCAE will handle initial outreach to exhibitors and sponsors and provide the seed and deposit funds necessary to organize the event.%u2022 Funds raised through the event will directly benefit aviation initiatives in Kansas, including: o Supporting KCAE%u2019s Air Tour Sponsor Location Funds (25%): Enhancing the reach and impact of the annual Fly Kansas Air Tour.o Expanding KCAE scholarships for KAA events (5%): Providing more opportunities forlearners to engage in the aviation industry.o Contributing to KAA%u2019s general fund (45%): Supporting the ongoing operations and initiatives of KAA.
