TTY users can dial 711 for assistance.Governor Kelly Announces $25M for Stafford County Transload Facility ProjectTOPEKA (1.22.2025) %u2013 Governor Laura Kelly announced Wednesday that the Port Authority of Stafford County (PASC) has secured $25 million in federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation%u2019s Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant program.%u202f%u201cThe Port Authority of Stafford County project is an example of what can be accomplished with crucial funding,%u201d Governor Laura Kelly said. %u201cBy utilizing matching funds, we are making a difference for communities across Kansas.%u201dThe PASC will use the grant to design and create a rail-served transload facility and grain terminal adjacent to a BNSF Railway.
