PROBLEM-SOLUTION PARAGRAPH
Sleeping Cold
1 Many people have problems getting enough sleep. For some, it is a problem of
2
going to sleep late at night and having to get up early in the morning. For others the
3
problem is either having trouble falling asleep, or not being able to stay asleep. The
4
Internet is full of solutions to try from drinking chamomile tea to not using electronic
screens before going to bed. However, may be an easier way to get more sleep.
5
6 Recent studies show some people have trouble sleeping because their bedrooms are
too warm. This is because falling body temperatures make people drowsy, but rising
7
body temperatures wake people up. According to these studies, the ideal temperature
8
for sleeping is between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit (or 16 and 19 degrees Celsius),
it might be worth turning down the thermostat in your house, or opening a window
before going to sleep.
