                                  our health.   In a 2004 study by the United States Department of Agriculture, apples

                                  were the twelfth best food for antioxidants, which help fight diseases.   Apples are also

                                  good for our digestion because they are full by fiber.   In addition, researchers believe

                                  that phloridizin, which is found only in apples, can help make stronger bones.   In
                                  2015, Medical News Today ranked apples first on its list of the top ten healthy foods to

                                  eat, which means that apples were ranked better for our health than almonds, broccoli,

                                  blueberries, and oily fish.   Some people might think it is difficult to eat an apple every

                                  day, but others recognize the great health benefits of eating this delicious fruit.
