Quick question: Can you see Mycoskie and his
company TOMS as the great Samaritan in their
story?
1. Blake saw children that needed shoes.
2. He started a company to supply the children
with shoes.
3. He did not expect anything in return from the
children and the children’s parents.
In his book, he mentioned when he arrived back
to the United States that everything he tried failed.
Why? It’s because he tried to market the shoes like
everyone else. Then everything changed when he
led with the story of “WHY” he started the shoe
company in the first place. The story activated a
kingdom principle called “LOVE” amongst the
customer, employee, business partner, the children,
and the children’s parents.
You see, love is a kingdom principle that makes
