throughout his journey with TOMS. I watched him
give a speech, as a keynote speaker for Mel Robbins,
about TOMS. At the end of the address, he
encouraged the audience that incorporating a
strategy and mentality of giving (love) in your
business will provide you with access to three things:
1. Your customers become your greatest
marketers for your business. (Free Media)
2. You attract and retain amazing talent. (Cause-
driven Job)
3. You will attract fantastic business partners.
(Cobranding)
After watching his speech, it hit me:
Why wouldn’t God bless a company that allows the
customers to LOVE their neighbor by buying a
product that’s in demand to help children?
Why wouldn’t God bless a company that allows
employees to LOVE their jobs by expressing their
need to help facilitate the distribution of product to
help children?
