areas. I don’t know the inside details of TOMS
business and charity plans. Still, I do know God gave
me a different type of solution for our brothers and
sisters, starting here in the U.S.A. (and soon to be
other developed nations in the world) who face
financial hardships. Through the example and
lessons TOMS had to learn, he
revealed His strategy for the current economic
difficulties in our backyard.
God spoke to me, saying, “If you want to
change the world, find a way to change a person’s
economy so you can get their attention to tell them
the truth,” this got me thinking. God began to reveal
more to me through my business and speaking
mentor Dr. Stan Harris (aka Dr. Breakthrough).
One of our conversations was on increasing
influence on those around you through how you
communicate. He explained five aspects of growing
influence like this:
1. People don’t care about you until they know
how much you care about them.
