The composition draws on the elegant pose of Lady Diana Cooper { Diana (nee Manners)
Viscountess Norwich} and the adjacent arrangement of Roses.
My approach was to accentuate the stylised mannerism of the sculpture and apply a new
contextualised narrative based on colour and reductionism.
