Connections and Influences

The first ‘en France’ collection was presented in 2007 at Findlay Galleries Palm Beach location. The collection of works portrayed the special
quality of life and perspectives which is inextricably expressed in French style.
This can be summed up for the past and present time and hopefully for the future; ‘Art de Vivre’ a sense of being which is the cherished basis
Of the French psyche and pride. Phrasing this differently a celebration of the moment in living.

The theme of this second exhibition relates to the essence of France and the historic connections and influences made beyond her borders in terms of
aesthetic expression through Architecture, Art - interior styling and Horticulture.
The exhibition is based on gallery inventory works covered through past exhibitions. Albeit, works have been part of specific thematic collections,
this second ‘en France’ exhibition curates works that have a direct relationship to France, thereby creating a new perspective for individual
paintings through new associations.
