HOME IMPROVEMENTS

2013
• NEW Roof on North Wing

• NEW propane Boiler, Trane high efficiency Heating & Cooling system
• 100 gallon water storage tank

• NEW electrical wiring throughout including main underground service directly to the street

• NEW Plumbing throughout including all supply and waste lines to the septic tank

• Relocated driveway to front of house from the rear

• Waterproofed foundation below grade. Added footing drains around entire exterior

• Replaced lower level slab. Installed under floor drainage, vapor barrier and 3 zones of radiant heat
• Installed multiple Daikin mini split A/C units in Lower Level

• Insulated all ceilings on 2nd Level; North & South wings
• NEW sheetrock on North & South wings

• All NEW custom bathrooms – 4 full and 1 half on 2 levels. Fixtures, lighting. Upper level baths have radiant
floor heat under new tile.

2014
• Complete NEW Kitchen

Custom cherry cabinets; Subzero fridge; Wolf 8 burner range; Bosch dishwasher; granite counters and backsplash;
hardwood flooring, vintage lighting, new windows and stonework

• Recreated rounded walls over fireplace to match existing
• Restored Mahogany paneling in Family Room

• Installed new trim to match existing on all areas of the home including arched windows

• Prepared floors in areas where possible including double mahogany inlays and herringbone patterns

• Installed new stairs to lower level, with new handrails and restored antique newel post

• Central Air installed

2015
• Installed Armstrong luxe plank flooring in lower level

• Fabricated doors in basement to match original (authentic) doors
• Installed completely new Laundry Room cabinets and granite counters

2018
• Regraded back yard (after removing previous driveway)

• Installed stone patio for expansive dining and seating area

• Started mudroom addition with radiant floor heat, insulated block foundation, multiple french doors, custom
cabinetry with double wine fridge and quartz counters

• Added exterior landscaping and installed base for future 4 car garage structure
