All of the rooms are perfectly

proportioned. There's not a small

room in the house. However, one

very lucky kid is going to have the

room with the biggest playroom

ever! This space can be used as

a family room, playroom, a gym...

really whatever you can imagine.

As it's off one of the bedrooms,

you could always use the

bedroom as an office... but the kid

in me would want this incredible

play space as part of my room.
