The property is really fabulous.
It's flat and very usable. There's a

pool site right off the deck for the
biggest pool you can imagine. The
septic was intentionally placed

off to the side to ensure plenty of
room for a large pool. What you
can't see in these pics is the private

island that you'll own. It's said
that Paul Newman partied on the

island often. It's so big you could
hold weddings, a soccer games,
etc. Really a magical place. Check

online for the video I posted or go
down and check it out yourself.

If you're into kayaking, fishing,
stand up paddle board, etc., I really
couldn't image a greater paradise...

right in your backyard.
