Fully gutted down to the studs to create an open floor plan on the main level.

Added heavy crown molding throughout the main floor

Kitchen

John June custom designed white kitchen with farm sink, marble counters and expansive
center island. So many custom design details, ie knife drawer, island paper towel
holder, spice cabinet and ample space for cookbook storage .
SubZero, Wolf, Bosch appliances and Rohl light fixtures.
Banquette dining area with storage
Added decorative columns between kitchen and dining area.

Main floor powder room
Fully renovated with raised panel moldings, pedestal sink and designer wall covering

Master suite
Raised the ceiling to create vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom
En suite bathroom: Kohler and Rohl fixtures, marble floor, vanity and shower

Full Hall Bath

Added stackable washer/dryer
Marble floors and vanity.

Added window seat with storage
