Eric DeLaurentis, the founder and principal of DeLaurentis

Developments, has been in construction for over twenty years

and has been building homes for a decade. A long-time native of

Lake Hills himself, he is committed to increasing value. This is his
fifth home built in Lake Hills in the last few years alone, with more

coming to market soon and many renovation and new construction

projects throughout the neighborhood, the rest of Fairfield,

Southport, Westport, and beyond. His passion for building homes
shines through in every finished product. He builds each home with

the same care and attention to detail as if it were for his own family.
