THE STORY OF LAKE HILLS
The Lake Hills community is nestled
within one of the United States' best
places to live, the Town of Fairfield,
Connecticut.
The homes are anchored by the beautiful
Samp Mortar Lake. It's the type of Norman
Rockwellesque community that is rare in this day
in age. It's a place where neighbors help each other
out and band together to make the world a better
place. It takes a village to raise a child. And Lake
Hills is that village.
The association maintains the lake and the shared
association property around the beaches. Dues are
$400/year and are deeded to approximately 525
homes that surround the lake. Homes that are part of
the Lake Hills Association are entitled to use of the
5 private beaches and storage racks for boats and
kayaks. The association is run by a volunteer board.
Events the association hosts each year include:
Fall Festival, Fishing Derby, Camp Out Night,
Movie Night, Winter Fever Reliever, Easter Egg
Hunt, and so much more!
Lake Hills saw the 3rd largest increase
in median home sale price YOY and
the 3rd largest decrease in days
on market. Lake Hills has now
become one of the most
valuable neighborhoods in
town.
