Q: Did you ever consider putting in a pool?
A: The short answer is YES! The backyard is the perfect spot and almost fully fenced in already.
We considered converting part of the large garage into a pool house / cabana, opening up to
a beautiful pool with waterfall hot tub. Although we never got around to it, there is plenty of
space to make this dream a reality.
Q: What is the potential for more living space?
A: The large basement is unfinished and could provide another great space as a media room,
for exercise and/or another home office. Also possible to convert one bay of the garage for
additional living space.
