Q: What made you fall in love with 91 Algonquin Road?

A: The first time we toured the house and gardens, it took our breath away. The

build quality, the solid doors and the floor to ceiling windows were so superior to
anything we'd seen. But really, our love started with the bathrooms - each more

beautiful than the last - and we were head over heels once we saw the property.
You have to see it to believe it. The romantic grape arbor, the cut flower garden, the
sweeping ivy, the greenhouse that can be your gym/artist studio/office, the guest
house, the hidden pool, the tennis court, the sweeping lawn. You will host the best 4th
of July parties in the neighborhood, and your house will be picture postcard perfect for

Christmas of Hannukah.

paneling, servant bells and crown molding with a gleaming, contemporary white
