AN INTERVIEW WITH...
                                           BEN AND VANESSA SINOTT

PROUD HOMEOWNERS OF 91 ALGONQUIN ROAD

Q: Will you miss the neighbors?

A: We will miss our neighbors so much! This neighborhood is Fairfield's

best kept secret. Every house has a different personality, and the

neighbors are young and dynamic. We get our eggs from one neighbor
and our medical advice from another. There are so many dog owners to

meet up with! Plus, the Brooklawn Country Club is just up the street for
you golf lovers. Additionally, if you like to walk or run, Lake Mohegan is my

favorite destination, followed by the memorable double egg sandwiches from

            Brooklawn deli ....

Q: Tell me about the grounds...

A: The gardens were designed to impress. There is a space for everything, from

the cut flower garden to the grape bower to the mature trees to the grand front
lawn. You are part of a neighborhood but you are in a space that is so private,

it's hard to believe you are in lively Fairfield and not Easton. There is plenty of
space for family softball games and fireworks, trampoline, soccer, swinging

from the trees, swimming, basketball and tennis - all at the same time!

     Q:
What makes your lot so special?

A: The lot is spacious, safe, kid-friendly and pet-friendly. You are close to schools

and amenities but you feel like you are in the country. You can get close to the
lovely neighbors, or ignore them entirely. You have everything you need here,
           including the world's cutest chipmunks!

     Q:
Who should make an appointment to see this house?

A: You should. Paper descriptions and photographs do not do this house
justice. We only saw it by accident ourselves, and I'm so glad we did. Owning

          it has been a privilege.
