1. The beautiful light that comes in from all of the many windows.

2. The amazingly huge patio is absolutely fantastic for entertaining. The table is covered

from very hot days, and overlooks the pool which makes everything feel cooler.

3. The amazing water pressure on all of the showers. Every single one of the showers are

spa-like.

4. My huge studio, which doubles as a bedroom, but has beautiful bay windows and makes
for a fantastic place to work, sew, craft.

5. The Gym. It is just the right size and close to the shower/bathroom. Works perfectly and

has a TV which makes exercising more enjoyable!

6. The 5’ deep lap pool. It is just the right size, been completely re-surfaced, it’s like a

brand new pool. The lights look so magical at night

7. The trampoline areas we put in for our boys. We squared off the space so that the

gardens could mow around the areas without having to move the trampoline every time
they came. Works brilliantly!

8. Knowing that we had all of the trees looked at by an arborist and now have complete

peace of mind that they are all safe during any storms. They have all been pruned and
we love the 9 evergreens we put in, plus the 7 laurels.

9. The landscaped backyard and the pots that create a wonderful oasis during the Spring,

Summer and Fall. It is a low maintenance but very pretty yard.

10. The deer fencing goes around the entire backyard which means none of the pots and

plants get eaten and you can enjoy the garden all year around.
