About life at 49 Regent Court
               1. We will miss our cul-de-sac most of all. It brings back that nostalgic 1990s feel of kids riding bikes,
playing after dinner, and neighbors gathering outside. Our street has families of all ages, and it’s
not uncommon for us to come together for big
events and potlucks. The sense of community here is rare — everyone looks out for each other.
               2.
Being so close to Springdale Center, the JCC, and Springdale Elementary has been a huge
convenience. We’ve also appreciated how easy it is to get into Manhattan while still enjoying the
peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood.
               3. The backyard has been such a special place for our family. With a sunny deck perfect for evening
dinners or an early morning cup of coffee, it has also been where our children played and grew.
               4. The open-concept kitchen flowing into the dining area has been ideal for family holidays and
hosting friends. It’s functional and easy to use, with a layout that naturally brings everyone
                   together.
               5. While modest in size, the living room is filled with natural light and is incredibly cozy. Its efficient
layout makes it the perfect spot to gather — whether for game day or simply relaxing together.
               6. Just past the kitchen is a bonus room that has adapted with our family over time. It was once a
cheerful playroom when our children were little, and more recently it became a productive work-
from-home office. The versatility of this space has
                   been invaluable.
               7.
The spacious driveway holds up to four cars, which is perfect when family and friends visit. In the
winter, the front yard transforms into a sledding hill — something our kids (and their friends) have
                   loved.
               8. The basement has been a fantastic area for our children to grow, play, and let their imaginations
run wild. It has given our
family extra space to spread out.
               9. The extra-large primary bedroom has been a retreat for us. With the potential to add an ensuite or
simply continue with the enlarged main bath, it offers flexibility for the next owners. The hardwood
floors upstairs have also been protected by
carpeting, ready to be uncovered if desired.
             10. Practical and convenient, the downstairs bathroom has been a lifesaver — especially living with
                   three girls in the house!
                                                                                                                       17
