What makes your property so special?
The combination of location and community is what makes this property unique. Inside, the
home has original hardwood floors, an open kitchen-dining space that makes holidays and
entertaining easy, and cozy rooms filled with natural light. Upstairs, the hardwood floors are
preserved under the carpet, and every bedroom has ceiling fans in addition to upgraded
central air. The extra-large primary bedroom offers space and potential to expand further.
Outside, the cul-de-sac location allows children to play safely in view, and the neighborhood
connection is something you can’t find just anywhere.
Tell me about the grounds...
The driveway and front yard are slightly uphill, which makes our home the best sledding
spot on the street during winter. The backyard is wide, sunny, and open — perfect for
children playing, family gatherings, or enjoying an evening meal on the deck. The bay
window over the kitchen sink is one of my favorite spots for herbs and plants, always filled
with natural light.
Did you ever consider putting in a pool?
We never did, though the previous owner had an above-ground pool in the backyard at one
point. With the open, sunny yard, the option is there for the next family.
